Job summary

Palmen Kia seeks a Service Manager to lead our Service Department, driving performance and revenue while building a motivated team of advisors, technicians and porters. You will shape training plans, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across CSI/NPS targets.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of proven success as a Service Manager at a dealership or service repair shop
• Intermediate computer proficiency; CDK/ADP experience a plus
• Strong management skills, impeccable work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, professional demeanor and team orientation
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service reflective of the department CSI
• Provide support to new and used vehicle sales by meeting their service needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Oversee service transactions by hiring, training and supervising staff
• Serve as liaison between service advisors, technicians and customers
• Hire and manage service department employees and prioritize required services
