Palmen Auto Stores is seeking a highly motivated Kia Service Manager to lead our service department, driving performance and customer satisfaction. You will build and retain a strong team, coach service advisors and technicians, and align service activities with sales and financial targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff while maintaining best-in-class service standards and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success as a Service Manager in a dealership or service repair shop.
• Intermediate computer proficiency; CDK/ADP experience a plus.
• Top level management skills with impeccable work ethic and attitude.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, courteous service reflecting CSI and Kia standards.
• Support new and used vehicle sales by meeting their service needs promptly.
• Hire, train and monitor service department employees daily.
• Liaise between service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Manage and hire service department staff and prioritize services.
