Job summary

RWC Group in Phoenix is seeking a professional CDL Driver to safely transport, deliver and inspect customer vehicles, while representing the dealership with integrity. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery.

You will perform post‑repair test drives, help maintain an organized service lot, and ensure DOT safety compliance. Pay is DOE and depends on experience; benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating commercial trucks; dealership or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious with good attendance.

This is more than a driving job! You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a quality experience by delivering repaired vehicles, performing quality control inspections, and helping maintain an organized, efficient service department.
