Formación

• 2+ years in a shop foreman or service manager role within heavy truck or dealership environment.
• Experience leading technicians and managing repair/maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Retail dealership service experience is a plus.
• Diesel mechanic knowledge is advantageous.
