Job summary

Titan Machinery in Mandan, ND is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support service management, uphold dealership standards, and oversee the service department. You will lead customer interactions, ensure accurate service records, coordinate parts and tools, and promote safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Candidates should have 1+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
