Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related experience or related military experience or education/training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, upholding safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain service records, schedule safe equipment delivery/pickup, and manage service department supplies and tools.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements.
