Job summary

Georgia Spa Company is seeking a Service, Delivery & Valet Coordinator to manage daily scheduling for service, delivery, and valet operations. You will coordinate technicians, manage customer appointments, and maintain accurate work orders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely updates, proactive communication with customers, and escalation when needed, while maintaining high organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage 20-30+ active jobs simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and customer needs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or equivalent programs.
• Ability to learn and utilize RB Control Systems and other company software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and administrative workflow for Georgia Spa Company's Service, Delivery, and Valet departments.
• Schedule Service Technicians, Valet Technicians, and Delivery Teams; manage customer appointments; maintain accurate work orders; process completed tickets; coordinate warranty claims and parts installations; ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
• Manage a high volume of active jobs at different stages of completion with accuracy, urgency, and follow-through.
• Identify and communicate potential problems, ensuring every open customer issue has a clear next step.
• Keep customers informed, field teams productive, and schedules efficient from initial request to completion.
• Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and escalate issues as needed.
