Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Supervisor, Service Delivery to lead frontline teams in ROI activities with a focus on workflow coordination, quality oversight, and HIPAA compliance. You will coach staff, manage performance, and drive daily throughput in a production-based healthcare operations environment.

Work with the Manager, Service Delivery on staffing, scheduling, and performance improvements, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in production-based or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and ROI compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach performance, provide feedback, and build team engagement.
• Comfort navigating dashboards, metrics, and workflow tools.
• Detail orientation with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process discipline.
• Strong communication skills in person, video, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline and Global team members to meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Conduct daily huddles and assign work based on staffing, workflow needs, and queue aging.
• Drive adherence to standardized processes and operating procedures.
• Monitor performance dashboards and adjust workflows to maintain TAT and OTD goals.
• Perform quality checks and retrain team members based on error patterns or SOP deviations.
• Enforce compliance standards and elevate risk or privacy concerns as needed.
• Partner with Manager, Service Delivery on staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement.
• Support new hire onboarding and reinforce training content.
• Maintain an accurate skills matrix to inform work assignment and staff development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational pilots.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture reflecting Datavant values.
