Datavant, the healthcare data collaboration platform, seeks a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead front-line teams, train staff, and ensure compliance with guidelines across multiple sites. The role focuses on client service, workflow efficiency, and a positive work environment.

You will oversee teams, manage requests from Payors, review data, and drive process improvements while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years minimum Leadership, Customer Service and Data Entry experience.
• Experience in Release of Information or HIM is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead Audit Team handling payor requests.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Manage escalations from centralized call centers.
• Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues.
