Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to orchestrate the service delivery process for customers from onboarding through invoicing. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience (required)

• Previous experience within environmental waste or a related technical area (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the service delivery process for Arcwood customers from intake to invoicing.
• Serves as primary point of contact for customers within an assigned service center.
• Facilitates onboarding of new customers and ensures Arcwood process alignment.
• Maintains records of customer prices and quotes, and communicates updates to customers.
• Creates orders and shipping documentation, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
