RS Americas in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Service Delivery Support Coordinator to drive smooth operations across our Solutions & Services team. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to ensure timely fulfillment, system integrity, and reliable information flow.

Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP is highly valued. You will manage internal processes, support eProcurement tasks, and help maintain key platforms like SharePoint and Teams.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, operations support, supply chain coordination, customer support, or related administrative role.
• Proficiency with ticketing/workflow systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to complete daily tasks independently.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with internal supply chain and external partners to address fulfillment challenges.
• Provide shipment tracking and order status updates to internal teams.
• Own material/BOM creation and confirm pricing for reorders.
• Maintain eProcurement inbox, troubleshoot punchout orders, and onboard EDI partners.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator: manage roles, dashboards, SLAs, and onboarding requests.
• Oversee static catalog requests and maintain internal SharePoint/Teams pages.
