RS Americas is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX to deliver exceptional service by facilitating orders and resolving issues, while supporting our digital service offerings. You will back our Sales teams by pre-qualifying leads, quoting accurately, and ensuring smooth account governance across multiple departments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping customers
Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workloads
Desirable: college education or related field diploma
Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, automation (preferred)

Responsibilities

Champion a service excellence mindset to make work easy for customers, internally and externally
Ensure orders are captured in line with our promises and high quality standards
Resolve customer issues in the moment and with cross-functional teams to address root causes
Navigate RS websites as a digital advocate and promote value-added services
Provide quote information based on system data and pre-qualify leads for growth
Support customer calls from Sales offices and maintain governance for accounts
