Job summary

Techstra Solutions seeks an experienced IT Solutions & Consulting Delivery Leader to drive delivery excellence, scoping, estimating, planning, and oversight across key client engagements. You will mentor delivery teams, manage budgets and risks, and partner with account leaders to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires 10+ years leading professional services or IT delivery, and strong expertise in Agile, hybrid delivery, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
10+ years leading technology consulting or IT delivery organizations.
Proven success delivering application development, data, cloud, AI, or managed services.
Experience managing client portfolios, delivery teams, and financial performance.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
PMP, Scrum, ITIL, or related certifications preferred.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of technology consulting, application development, data, cloud, AI, and managed services engagements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
Oversee project planning, estimation, staffing, governance, and delivery execution.
Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, risks, and client concerns.
Build trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
Partner with account leaders to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
Monitor delivery KPIs, including project health, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage engagement financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, forecasting, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and risk management practices.
Support business growth through resource planning, forecasting, and operational insights.
Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization management.
Mentor and develop delivery managers, project managers, and consultants.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
