Job summary

MetTel in Holmdel, NJ is seeking an Advanced Service Delivery Coordinator - Tier 2 to join our team. You will work with field technicians, drive activations, and coordinate across engineering, network, and support teams to deliver secure connectivity and reliable service.

The role requires hands-on experience with telephony, SD-WAN Velocloud, and data networks; you will manage schedules, document turns up, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Telephony deployment and integrations.
• 3+ years hands-on experience maintaining voice and data networks.
• 3+ years of SD-WAN (Velocloud) and related devices (DataRemote, Adtran).
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer installations and provide technical direction to field technicians.
• Identify and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat to ensure successful activations.
• Plan, organize, and schedule activities to meet deadlines with multiple concurrent tasks.
• Document all Turn Up activities in the company portal.
