Job summary
MetTel is a global communications solutions provider seeking a Program Manager to lead a POD-based operating model supporting enterprise clients. This client-facing role drives end-to-end service delivery across New Orders, Repair, MACD, Systems Integration, and reporting, ensuring performance against SLOs, SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in telecommunications with enterprise client-facing delivery.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, network appliances, and transport solutions.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
- Deep understanding of SLA governance and reporting.
- Highly process-oriented with ability to implement fixes.
- Advanced presentation skills for senior leadership.
- Strong executive presence and influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead POD leadership and service delivery governance across units.
- Oversee POD cadence, reviews, backlog, aging, and action tracking.
- Monitor SLA/SLO performance and generate dashboards.
- Engage with enterprise clients and provide executive updates.
- Coordinate incident escalations and post-incident actions.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
