Job summary

MetTel is seeking an Advanced Service Delivery Coordinator - Tier 2 to join our growing team in a role that blends telephony expertise with SD‑WAN design and field delivery leadership.

You will lead customer installations, guide field technicians, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely activations and accurate documentation, while maintaining security and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years' hands-on experience with telephony deployments and integrations.
• Experience managing service management processes and guidelines.
• 3+ years maintaining and troubleshooting voice and data networks.
• 3+ years SD-WAN experience with Velocloud, DataRemote, Adtran.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer installations and provide technical direction to field technicians.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage activations and Turn Up.
• Document installations and upload to reporting portal.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Plan and schedule activities to meet deadlines amid changing priorities.
