Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Manager to lead the service business and operations from our Orlando area office. The role focuses on delivering world-class service to customers and growing revenue while maintaining margins, in an inclusive, values-driven culture.

You will guide a large team, develop service delivery strategies, and mentor staff to enhance performance. Competitive salary with incentive plans and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 7-10 years relevant field service or equivalent.
• Supervisory Experience: Proven track record in leading large teams, with direct management of at least 40 personnel.
• Financial Responsibility: Demonstrated experience managing a P&L of $15 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of the service business and operations activities.
• Travel and field service responsibilities as required to ensure service delivery.
• Develop and implement service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals.
• Coach, counsel and train the service sales force to improve selling skills.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
