Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in an environment that values growth and a strong culture. Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of the service business and operations activities.
• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on CSPs, time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• Responsibilities may include service sales and effective implementation of service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals, and maximize service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Develops and implements Operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost effective manner.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery. (Service Coordinators will be direct reports)
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the CTC 217 & 218 market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
