Job summary

Insight Global in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Dispatcher/Coordinator to support service operations for our customers, manage schedules, track budgets, and coordinate field activities.

You will act as primary contact for service and warranty calls, dispatch technicians, and help maintain project documentation while ensuring safety and timely delivery.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in the service industry and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the service industry as a Dispatcher/Coordinator.
• Ability to use Windows applications primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to plan work and sequence priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including document filing, correspondence, data entry, material ordering and tracking, inventory accounts required for customers.
• Assist the project team members with tracking schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with accounting setting up Service Agreements and Projects; new customer credit apps, prelims, validate billing contacts.
• Act as the point of contact for Service Customer Calls and Warranty Calls and emails pertaining to both.
• Dispatch Service Technicians to fulfill Service Agreements, Warranty Calls and Service Projects.
