Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Traverse City, MI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Crown customers and Service Technicians, dispatch technicians, and manage daily workflow.

You will enter payroll hours, process parts and service billing, and create daily work orders while maintaining records and assisting other departments.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills; sponsorship is not provided.

Job Duties

• Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience


• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills


• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills


• Experience with Microsoft Office


• Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus


• Ability to multitask
