Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hayward, CA to handle inbound calls from customers and technicians, dispatch staff, and manage payroll hours. The role supports parts and service billing, daily work orders, and records management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
