Hugo's Family Marketplace in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a Service Counter Clerk to provide friendly, efficient service at the service counter. You will greet customers, answer questions, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing returns and exchanges, issuing refunds, maintaining counter cleanliness, and upholding store policies. No prior experience is required, but cash handling and POS familiarity are a plus; applicants must be 18 or older.

Job Purpose:- The Service Counter Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently handling transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves maintaining the service counter's operations, processing returns and exchanges, and upholding store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
