Job summary

Hugo's Family Marketplace is seeking a Cashier to provide outstanding customer service at the checkout. You will efficiently process sales, handle cash, and assist customers with questions while maintaining a clean, inviting checkout area.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, counting cash at shift start, and supporting other store areas as needed. Prior cash-handling experience is preferred, with an emphasis on reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Job Purpose:- The Cashier at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately processing transactions at the point of sale (POS).
