Job Purpose:- The Service Counter Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently handling transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves maintaining the service counter's operations, processing returns and exchanges, and upholding store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
