Job summary

Tech Electronics is seeking a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers requesting service and support for their communication and safety systems. You’ll help resolve issues, coordinate service requests, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

This role provides exposure to multiple software platforms, opportunities to develop technical knowledge, and a pathway for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Prior customer service or help desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and website submissions with strategic solutions.
• Coordinate and manage service requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer support and timely communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide initial technical assistance.
• Document and track customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure customer expectations and response times are exceeded.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and teams.
