Job summary

Wachter is seeking an organized Service Coordinator to support the execution of nationwide Service SLAs. You’ll assist with scheduling, materials orders, documentation, and admin tasks while collaborating with project managers and team leads to keep timelines and resources on track.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technician field, project coordination or management experience.
• Experience with Service Level Agreements, SOPs, and dispatching is helpful.
• Experience in Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV systems, cabling is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, virtual environments, and web-based platforms.
• Strong written communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Provide support to onsite technicians.
• Manage expectations with Dispatchers and Admins.
• Manage service queues, providing priority to the team.
• Manage service financials with management supervision.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company
