Wachter, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support the successful execution of a Nationwide Service SLA.

The role involves scheduling, ordering materials, documentation, and administrative support, working closely with project managers and team leads to ensure timelines are met and communications flow smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is self-motivated, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technician field, project coordination or management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, virtual environments, and web-based platforms.
• Experience with Service Level Agreements and dispatching is helpful.
• Ability to maintain customer relationships over the phone and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Project management experience in Alarm/Technology or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Work under pressure and manage stressful tasks.
• Provide support to onsite technicians.
• Manage expectations with Dispatchers and Admins.
• Manage service queues and prioritize tasks for the team.
• Manage service financials with management supervision.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
