Alta Equipment Group, the largest equipment dealer in North America, is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator in Lewiston, ME to manage service requests, schedule technicians, and coordinate parts and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and customer service calls.
• Open and close work orders and record details.
• Cost work orders at a monthly rate of 225 segments or more.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments; coordinate maintenance and transportation.
