Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is hiring an Operations Manager for our Lewiston, Maine branch. You will lead the Parts and Service departments and oversee daily operations, driving growth and ensuring profitability.

The role requires 4–6 years of management experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong leadership, planning, and financial skills. Competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a company laptop are part of the package.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-6 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Dealership experience is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively lead others
• Time management skills
• Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Business Intelligence (BI); Crystal Reports, Fleetmatics, PayTrace, Concur, Extend
• Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Basic algebra and geometry.
