Guardian Bandsaws, the U.S. operation of KANDO Innovation, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support North American service operations.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, maintain data accuracy, and assist in identifying process improvements, working closely with the Customer Success Manager to boost service efficiency and customer satisfaction. • 1 year of experience in service coordination, customer support, or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous with detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and book service calls across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm job details, travel logistics, and scope of work.
• Prepare and maintain job sheets, service documentation, and customer site information.
• Generate and track service invoices, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Maintain the Service Object and ticketing hub with up-to-date job data.
• Track and reorder consumables and critical spare parts as needed.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Provide visibility into scheduling, service turnaround, and completed work.
• Handle incoming calls and tickets, ensuring on-call follow-up and smooth service progression.
