Qualifications

• Strong scheduling and coordination experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Customer-facing experience
• CRM and scheduling systems experience (Salesforce a plus)
• Ability to work with urgency and negotiate schedules with multiple stakeholders
• Oil & Gas or industrial background preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, TEAMS and Excel
