Qualifications

• 5 years caregiving experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employee orientation and training sessions.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license for 3 years with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Employee Orientation training and education.
• Maintain program visibility and provide immediate training.
• Develop and manage individual service plans (ISP) for assigned clients.
