Job summary

Energy Systems, a Generac Power Systems division, is seeking a Service Coordinator II to join the Service Department in Denver, CO. You will manage service calls, schedule technicians, and handle invoicing and contracts while supporting both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include creating jobs, tracking open work orders, and coordinating preventative maintenance, with on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks. Mentorship of junior coordinators is also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years in a service-related administrative role.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Degree in Diesel Technology or related discipline is a plus.
• Experience scheduling field technicians and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create jobs and answer incoming service calls; assist with scheduling and dispatching.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers.
• Manage open work orders and update customer portals as needed.
• Track jobs through completion and ensure proper invoicing of completed work.
• Process new contracts and renewals in the company’s electronic management system.
• Meet regularly with the service operations team to review priorities.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to handle emergency calls.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Service Coordinator I team members.
