Energy Systems, a Generac Power Systems division, is seeking a Service Coordinator II to join the Service Department in Denver, CO. You will manage service calls, schedule technicians, and handle invoicing and contracts while supporting both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include creating jobs, tracking open work orders, and coordinating preventative maintenance, with on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks. Mentorship of junior coordinators is also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years in a service-related administrative role.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Degree in Diesel Technology or related discipline is a plus.
• Experience scheduling field technicians and/or customer service is preferred.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service calls, job tracking, invoicing, and contract setup. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and internal teams. **Your Impact** As a Service Coordinator II, you’ll ensure that service operations run efficiently from start to finish. By coordinating technicians, managing customer needs, and maintaining accurate records, you’ll directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team success. The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $32.00 USD. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
