National Church Residences Eden Heights in New Braunfels, TX seeks a Service Coordinator to organize programs for residents and liaise with local agencies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family population.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
• Act as liaison to community agencies and service providers.
• Identify low-cost providers and negotiate discounts.
• Engage residents to identify needs and make referrals.
• Develop a resource directory of local services.
