Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our shop operations in New Stanton. Under supervision, you will help manage work orders, time entry, and materials, enabling efficient service delivery.

You will greet customers, generate paperwork, track parts, and coordinate with service and sales staff. The role demands strong organization, communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with engines and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone about parts and repairs.
• Enter personnel time into time collection system and prepare paperwork.
• Advise on job status and generate work orders and purchase orders.
• Research part numbers and maintain product catalogs and data.
• Coordinate record keeping and communicate with service and sales teams.
