Job summary

Robertson Morrison, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication between customers, service technicians, and internal teams.

This role coordinates service appointments, residential service agreements, technician support, and day-to-day operations of the Service Department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and maintenance appointments while maximizing technician efficiency.
• Review completed service work orders and coordinate any additional customer needs.
• Manage residential service agreement estimates, renewals, and customer communications.
• Contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance appointments.
• Order maintenance and repair parts from suppliers.
• Process warranty claims and coordinate warranty returns.
• Monitor and maintain service department parts inventory.
• Process and post shop pick tickets to the appropriate jobs.
• Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate work schedules to ensure phone coverage during normal business hours.
