Job summary

CREATIVE MACHINE REPAIR LLC in Michigan is seeking an in-house service coordinator to help support our ongoing growth. This role will take service requests via phone, email, or website and enter the information into our online schedule, while coordinating with technicians on project progress and needs.

You will move completed calls off the schedule and reallocate unassigned projects to available technicians, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service related industry
• Experience with industrial equipment (CNC's, presses, saws, brakes, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work under deadlines
• Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an in-house service coordinator to help support our ongoing growth. Completed service calls will be removed from the schedule, and unassigned projects will be assigned and moved onto the assigned technicians schedule.
