Responsibilities

• Complete customer service authorizations and provide cost estimates to customers.
• Ensure credit sufficiency for work and arrange payments.
• Communicate scheduling and progress to customers and update as needed.
• Assign repair times, manage service jobs, and review technician reports.
• Invoice customers and review final invoice with the customer.
