Job summary

Siemens in Denver is seeking a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to organize onsite and remote service activities from demand creation to close-out. You will ensure customer expectations are met by scheduling resources and coordinating branch and Digital Service Center activities.

You will be the primary contact for service customers, manage work orders, order parts, and track subcontractors, ensuring timely, quality service and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand customer service contracts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and resources across branch offices and the Digital Service Center.
• Act as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Handle incoming service requests via phone or email and create a service work order.
• Schedule resources to support standard service agreements.
• Decide on scheduling and movement of resources based on urgency and contracts.
• Order and track parts and subcontractors to support maintenance plans and service calls.
• Evaluate time-and-material service orders and process invoices.
