Tri-State Bobcat is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator in Little Canada, MN. You will support warranty administration, technician dispatch, and driver coordination while ensuring accurate records and smooth service operations.

The role emphasizes organizing complex schedules, prioritizing tasks, and effective communication with customers and internal teams to keep service moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service and dispatch.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers regarding extended warranty registrations, documentation, and follow-up.
• Manage Machine IQ and support Service and Sales teams with equipment information.
• Provide backup support for the Warranty Administrator.
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
• Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for inventory movement, equipment transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
• Communicate schedules and changes with technicians, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and help improve scheduling and service coordination.
