Job summary

MasterTech in Rochester, NH, is seeking an accomplished Service Coordinator to keep a team of Field Technicians on track while communicating with customers in the Printing and Packaging industries. This is primarily an office-based role.

The position supports dispatching, document preparation, reports, parts ordering and customer communication, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or scheduling.
• Customer-facing experience with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong professionalism and documentation skills.
• Ability to present documentation and work orders to technicians.
• Experience generating invoices based on service reports.
• Experience with heavy or capital equipment is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Technicians to keep projects on track.
• Communicate with customers in the Printing and Packaging industries.
• Prepare documents and reports for service delivery.
• Order parts as needed to complete service calls.
