Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/administrative experience.
• Experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work assignments and work orders for timely service.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and technician support in the region.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in operational software and close work orders as needed.
