Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Key Accounts Project Coordinator to plan, execute, and finalize large account projects on time and within budget. This is a back‑office role coordinating resources, contractors, and internal teams to deliver service installations and replacements.

You will manage quotes, schedules, and progress reports, partner with cross‑functional teams, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct project management experience with process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Experience with third party EDI systems and data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large account installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Estimate resources, track milestones, and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop reporting systems (quote tracker, install progress reports) to support PM processes.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and end users to finalize installations.
• Review drawings, prepare quotes, and manage orders and changes as needed.
