Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for service requests, complaints, invoices, updates, etc.
• Dispatch and manage service calls, adapt to schedule changes and emergencies.
• Set up new service sites, equipment, calls, POs, and field schedules.
• Pre-plan and schedule contract work two weeks ahead.
• Manage open service calls, review costs and prepare billing.
• Ensure timely paperwork completion by technicians.
• Communicate with customers via portals and maintain updates.
• Coordinate between technicians, leads, and service manager.
• Issue POs to technicians for third-party materials.
• Maintain customer 3rd party websites and order parts.
