Leavitt Industrial Group is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Fort Worth, Texas location. You will manage service jobs from start to finish, schedule technicians, and ensure customer expectations are met throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have dispatching experience, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This onsite role offers competitive compensation and benefits as part of a growing team within Lonestar Forklift, an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or scheduling roles is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage service jobs from start to finish.
• Schedule work for Technicians using the service scheduler.
• Coordinate with Service and Parts teams to balance workloads and meet customer needs.
• Maintain regular customer contact and ensure satisfaction before billing.
• Review WIP reports and bill applicable service calls to customers.
