Qualifications

• Experience dispatching or scheduling work orders.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with effective communication.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs to Service Technicians.
• Manage new and ongoing work orders in ERP system.
• Prioritize appointments with the service scheduler.
• Communicate with Service and Parts teams to balance workloads.
• Handle incoming leads using established processes.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Review invoices and manage the WIP/billing process.
• Ensure safety programs and complete incident reports when needed.
