Job summary

BearCom, including Stone Security, is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer expectations for wireless radio and security systems. You will interact directly with end customers, record details, dispatch resources, and ensure timely follow-up communications to maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure while following established procedures and using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven relevant experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Type 35 wpm with data entry experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record information.
• Transmit information to appropriate resource or provide a solution.
• Schedule resources for trouble calls and service projects.
• Use radio, phone or computer to dispatch crews.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs.
• Provide in-route and follow-up calls to customers.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
