Job summary

Evolution Mechanical and Controls, LLC is expanding its service team in Irving, TX. The Service Agent coordinates the day-to-day service process—from receiving the initial request to dispatch, purchasing, job review, and billing.

You will be the customer’s main contact and a key connector between customers, technicians, Service Managers, and the Estimator team to ensure a smooth, professional experience. Responsibilities include triaging requests, setting up new customers in the field service

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or similar operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn field service management, CRM, or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for incoming service requests and triage by urgency.
• Set up new customers and properties in our field service management system.
• Create and dispatch service jobs, coordinating technician assignments.
• Issue and track purchase orders to technicians and vendors.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy before billing.
• Prepare and bill invoices ensuring timely, customer-friendly invoicing.
• Support the service team and escalate when needed.
