Job summary

Evolution Mechanical and Controls, LLC, a Modigent Company, is seeking a Service Agent Assistant in Irving, TX. You will support the service team with scheduling, dispatching technicians, and handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be the first voice customers hear, set up new customers in the system, create service call requests, process invoices, and assist with purchasing and travel arrangements while keeping a sharp focus on a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative, or service coordination roles.
• Comfort learning field service management, CRM, or ERP software.
• Strong phone and written communication with a professional approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and inquiries.
• Set up new customers and properties in the field service management system.
• Log service calls and keep customers informed at every step.
• Issue purchase orders to service technicians.
• Assist Accounts Payable with processing vendor invoices using AP automation software.
• Fulfill purchase orders and review/bill completed jobs.
• Process expense reports and file incoming mail.
• Coordinate training and travel arrangements for the team.
• Support the service team with other duties, maintaining customer experience.
